Courtney and Max’s engagement session was filled with love, elegance, dancing, their pets, rain showers, and then topped off with a beautiful rainbow. This was our second chance being around Courtney and Max, and we instantly loved seeing the adoration they had for each other. There were moments when we were photographing them when it seemed like they were lost in their own world of happiness. We got to photograph them in the heart of downtown where they dressed up in their wedding colors, and in the picturesque Centennial Park where they had some more fun. We had a beautiful time capturing their love, and we cannot wait to photograph their navy and gold, art deco themed wedding this coming fall!
Lauren and Tony met at McNellie’s almost ten years ago, and then after living out of state they moved back to Tulsa where they call home. Lauren became the Events, Media, and Communications Coordinator at the Hardesty Arts Center while Tony landed a job as the Corporate Beverage Manager for the very company that owns the place that he and Lauren first met. Almost eight years later, Tony popped the questions to Lauren. It was fitting to capture Lauren and Tony’s engagement session at Lauren’s place of work. Their engagement session was filled with laughter, champagne, and even bubbles! The fun designs of the Hardesty Arts Center matches Lauren and Tony’s playful personalities, and we look forward to photographing their special day later this fall!
It doesn’t seem too long ago when we met Kayla and Keith and photographed their beautiful engagement session out in the Oklahoma countryside. They had moved to Oklahoma from the Baltimore area for Keith’s job, and we wanted to create for them happy memories as we knew how difficult it was for them to be away from their hometown. We immediately noticed and loved how playful their love was, and how much fun they had together.
Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we had the honor of photographing their wedding at Liberty Mountain Resort in Fairfield, Pennsylvania, not too far from where they called home. It was a beautiful, lush getaway, with a rustic twist.
Vibrant colors, happy tears, laughter throughout the evening, an endless amount of hugs from loved ones, and dancing until everyone’s heart was content pretty much summed up Kayla and Keith’s wedding. Seeing how excited Keith and Kayla were about becoming husband and wife and how their siblings rallied around their love was so much fun. It was truly a memorable experience for us to be with Kayla and Keith on this part of the journey of their love story, and we are so happy that we had the honor to document it along the way and form a wonderful new friendship in the process.
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Scheib! We wish you many years of happiness, adventure, and unconditional love!
Kelly and Johnny’s wedding was a beautiful combination of sweet moments and perfect timing. The weather was completely in sync even up towards the end of their bride and groom portrait session, and laughter filled the air from all the fun and dancing that was happening inside as the rain eventually came down outside.
The Hall at the Railhouse was a gorgeous, rustic setting for Kelly and Johnny’s special day, as it was all accented with blushing roses, gold vases, stringed lights across the rafters, and a stunning tiered wedding cake that took center stage. There were so many moments that brought a smile to everyone’s faces, such as Kelly’s first look with her father, Kelly and Johnny’s first kiss as Mr. and Mrs., and when the bride and groom made their rounds to personally thank the special people in their lives.
We had a wonderful time capturing Kelly and Johnny’s wedding day, and here are some of our favorites. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Nesdahl, and we wish you many years of happiness and bliss!
